You're constrained to 12+ projects annually, leaving significant revenue unrealized and experiencing exhaustion that makes you question whether continuing this business serves you. Without operational systems, even the best brand positioning can't save you from burnout.
Most founders at your stage have already tried the piecemeal approach. A brand refresh in 2023. A half-built CRM in 2024. A website redesign that's been almost-ready since spring. None of it stuck because none of it was built to support a team. The brand was built around you. The CRM lives in your head. The business runs because you run it, and there's no version of scaling beyond a million that works that way.
Your VA can't take on more because nothing is documented. Every delegation attempt ends with you redoing the work.
You can't take a real vacation because the business stalls when you stop touching it.
You're scaling toward a million on infrastructure that won't survive your first contractor, let alone your first hire.
Onboarding a new client still requires you in every step, which means your capacity is capped by your hours.
The brand and systems you have weren't built to support delegation. They were built to keep things moving when you were earlier stage and doing it all yourself.
Your peers with smaller followings are hiring teams and you're watching them scale past you, because their infrastructure was built to hold growth and yours wasn't.
Fast and easy worked when you were earlier stage. It's not what scales you toward your first million with a team.
Everything that defines who your brand is before anything is designed.
A conversion-focused site built to do the convincing before the call. Copy, photography, and SEO included.
A complete client backend built around your actual process. Automated where it should be, personal where it needs to be.
Branded asset libraries that extend your identity into every place your business shows up. Pick the two that matter most for where you're going.
Going live is only the beginning. You receive:

"The path was lit so clearly."
"Nothing in my life or business was automated. The path was lit so clearly and I'm so excited to officially completely transition all my systems. Kelli did a great job outlining the strategy, listening to our concerns and making the process almost completely hands off for us. Took a lot of stress and anxiety off my plate."
Victoria M. | Haven Shallow
"Hire them. Yesterday."
"My favorite part is how the process was customized to my business's flow of procedures and we were able to use my company's verbiage. My struggles have greatly diminished, and my deliverables look leaps and bounds more professional. Hire them. Yesterday. If not, be prepared to hire a full-time employee. They're the only way you can stave off a hire, or at least divert the hire to a virtual assistant."

"I have a plan now and a road map."
"I had zero automation, was struggling to know what to do next, wasted all my precious work time on admin. I actually have a plan now and a road map for myself and clients to ensure projects unfold smoothly and on-time. The internet is full of videos and DIY instructions, but you'll never get back the time, energy, or expertise that working with a tried and true strategic genius like Kelli will give you."
Tedi B. | Searchlight Marketing
"Lay the foundation for growth."
"The team has grown substantially and our agency onboards new clients easily, enabling our team to collect all of the information they need right away. It was such an important investment early in my business to lay the foundation for growth. Professional, streamlined, critical service for agencies and freelancers with a growth mindset."
Danette B. | Thrive limitlessly consulting
"She's a true consultant."
"Really enjoyed working with Kelli. Good energy, professional, and she really helped me to understand what I needed to do in order to be efficient in my business. Super detailed in answering the one million questions I had about the system and process. She's a true consultant, and you won't be disappointed."
Ashley C. | Elevate VA Services
"Better than anything I could've imagined."
"So much of our onboarding process has been automated for all of our services. Kelli's team also created an amazing welcome packet, better than anything I could've imagined. The team will set up the system to work flawlessly, specific to your company's needs. It will blow you away how quickly your onboarding process becomes seamless and impressive."
The Legacy Brand System runs on a structured 90-day arc. About three weeks of prep, 30 days of active build, and 60 days of post-launch support. The build itself moves fast because the strategic groundwork is already done before we ever sit down together. Here's how it actually works.
This is where we do the work that makes everything else fast. Before you and I ever meet, both sides of your project are already in motion. You receive two questionnaires at the same time, one for brand strategy, one for systems, and complete them simultaneously. While you're working through your homework, I'm conducting deep research on your business, competitors, and industry, AI-pre-filling your brand questionnaire so you're not staring at blank pages, and drafting your Workflow Map. By the time your start date arrives, the strategic foundation already exists.
This is where everything comes together. Brand identity, website, copy, photography, and your complete CRM system are all built simultaneously from the same locked strategic foundation. You have two structured review checkpoints, the Brand Presentation midway through and a final review before launch. Outside of those moments, the execution is handled. During the build, your communication channel is your choice (Slack, email, or Notion) with response times stated in your proposal. The studio meets you where you already work, instead of asking you to learn a new tool while everything else is in motion.
The Plan phase is one focused call on Day 1. I walk you through the complete brand strategy I built during Prep, present both creative directions, and you select. Then we move into the Workflow Map and lock every CRM workflow before the call ends. By the time you log off, both sides of your project are locked, and the build starts the next morning.
Delivery is not the finish line. It's the beginning. For 60 days after delivery, both sides of your project are covered. Submit website adjustments or CRM change requests through the dedicated Change Request Form, and I will work through them on a rolling basis. At Days 14, 30, and 45, optional 30-minute check-ins are available. The goal isn't just a completed brand and system. It's the confidence to run both without anyone holding them together for you.
Contract signed and first payment made. You're officially on the calendar. Both questionnaires (brand and systems) and homework arrive within 24 hours. While you work, I'm conducting deep research and pre-filling your brand questionnaire using AI so you're reacting to something intentional, not building from scratch.
One focused call covering both halves of your project. I walk you through the complete brand strategy I built during Prep (positioning, ideal client, competitive landscape, messaging framework, visual direction) and present both creative directions with full strategic rationale. You select one. Then we move into the Workflow Map drafted from your systems questionnaire and lock every workflow, automation, and touchpoint that will be built into your CRM. By the time the call ends, both sides of your project are locked, and the build starts the next morning.
Midway through the build, you receive your Brand Presentation: full logo suite, color palette, typography, brand kit pieces, sitemap, wireframes, and homepage design. We walk through it together on a 45-minute call. This is a checkpoint, not a final delivery. Feedback is captured and the build continues.
Final delivery: complete brand system, all logo files, Brand Strategy Guide, two Brand Expansion Kits, full website live, CRM fully active, Workflow Review recording, and tutorial vault. 60 days of post-launch support with optional check-ins at days 14, 30, and 45.
You're running the business instead of running every detail in it. The work that built this company isn't the work that scales it, and for the first time, you have infrastructure that holds without you holding it together.
Your brand attracts the bigger client. Your operations can actually serve them without breaking. The bottleneck shifts from inquiries to capacity, which is the kind of problem you solve with a team, not by working harder yourself.
Contracts, invoices, onboarding, follow-up, all running automatically. Inquiries handled without you. The business stops only moving when you're moving it, which is what makes time off possible without anything stalling.
Documented operations a contractor or first hire can step into. Onboarding that doesn't require you in the room. The systems are clear enough to teach, which is the prerequisite to delegating anything.

"Don't hesitate, do it."
"I knew my time would be better spent working with my clients while I left the workflow process to a pro. I've tried to create my own system in the past, and it was time-consuming and frustrating. Don't hesitate, do it. Take back your time, and let Kelli do what she does best."

"Worth every penny."
"Worth every penny. Kelli did a great job outlining the strategy, listening to our concerns and making the process almost completely hands off for us. Took a lot of stress and anxiety off my plate and I fully trusted her to get it done for us. I also loved the VIP weekend format."

"She knows her stuff."
"Before having my workflows completed I felt unorganized with my onboarding system as a new coach. Now, after working with Kelli, I feel empowered with my new workflows and guides and templates. Kelli was easy to work with, a lovely person, and she knows her stuff. I feel confident, organized and excited."

"Clients are super impressed."
"Clients are super impressed by the seamless process and communication. Forms work great. The package was inclusive of my needs. The system has freed up so much time for me to focus on other parts of my business such as marketing and expansion."
Most studios offer one piece. Kay + Co. is the only studio building all three (brand, website, and CRM) from the same strategic foundation. That's why the Legacy Brand System functions as one cohesive whole instead of three different projects stitched together at the end.
Most studios show clients three or four brand concepts and ask them to pick. The result is usually a Frankenstein, pieces of three different ideas stitched together. I work differently. After the strategy call, I build one fully developed brand concept with reasoning behind every decision. You're not guessing which version is right. You're seeing the version that's right.
I'm half Black, half Puerto Rican, and a designer who's spent the last decade building brands and backends for women whose work has outpaced their infrastructure. Across 10+ years and 117+ founders served, the pattern is the same. The Legacy Brand System exists to close the gap.
A 6-month rebrand means 6 months of working through infrastructure that no longer fits. The Legacy Brand System is built to launch fast (30 days of active build) because the cost of staying stuck compounds every month. Every quarter you defer the rebuild, the gap between where you are and where the business could be widens.
The Legacy Brand System includes everything in the Design Month Intensive plus the complete HoneyBook or Dubsado setup. If your backend is already running smoothly, the Design Month Intensive is the right call. If your backend isn't built yet, or it's held together by your manual effort, the full system is what you need.
Yes. That's the entire point. Brand and operations infrastructure that survives delegation is the foundational principle of how the Legacy Brand System is built. The system is designed for founders who are scaling toward their first million with a team, even if the team isn't fully in place yet.
30 days. 14 hours of your time. Brand, website, and backend, built as one system, designed to support a team transition and let you stop being the bottleneck in your own business. The only thing left is the conversation.
