FAQs

Which service should I start with?

If you're not sure, start with the Diagnostic. In 50 minutes, we'll find exactly where your studio depends on you, and I'll tell you honestly whether you need the VIP Weekend, Studio Operations, or a fix you can make yourself. Your $75 credits toward a service if you book within 30 days.

No. Volume, a team, or complexity can each make you the operating system. If you're solo but juggling enough projects that everything runs through you, you're exactly who this is for.

Do I need a team to work with you?

Not for your clients. The designing, shooting, editing, and creative direction your clients hire you for stay yours. What I do design and write is everything for your system: your proposal and service guide designs, forms, client portal, Studio Hub, and the emails that move clients through your workflows. (The words inside your proposal and service guide are yours.)

Do you do any of the creative work?

BACK

No. It's a working session, and you'll leave with your top three fixes either way. If a service would help, I'll tell you which one and why.

Is the Diagnostic a sales call?

The build does. Your homework and our Workflow Mapping Call happen beforehand, so the three days are pure building. All in, it takes about 5 hours of your time, plus your homework.

Does the VIP Weekend really happen in 3 days?

A VA does the tasks you hand her. An OBM manages a business, any business. Studio Operations owns how your creative studio runs: every project, client follow-up, deadline, handoff, and system, so you stop being the one who has to remember it all.

How is Studio Operations different from a VA or an OBM?

NEXT

BACK

Yes, about the process: deadlines, feedback, next steps, and policies. You stay the person they talk to about the creative work.

Will you talk to my clients?

Month one is the build: your workflows, Studio Hub, and team training. The real results show up once the operation has been running for a few months, so the minimum gives it time to work.

Why does Studio Operations have a 4-month minimum?
